Presenting the Carnival of Complete Confidence

As Seen In

This is a feminine leadership programme like no other
We’ll work on the whole woman — building deep, unshakable confidence that you’ll carry with you in every area of life, including travelling to Rio where you’ll embody your power and self-love as you take part in the Rio Carnival, in front of 90,000 people.
“But there is no way I can do that!” you cry. Oh yes, you can.
This development journey will empower you, break through the patterns holding you back and cultivate confidence in community of women.
So, you become the woman you are destined to be.

Meet the Hero – You
Yvette Joseph knows this feeling all too well. She spent years putting herself on the back burner, taking care of family and responsibilities while putting her dreams on hold. She wanted to choose herself but kept thinking, “Maybe next year.”
When Yvette joined our programme, she finally chose to invest in herself.
That decision led her to Rio de Janeiro, but more importantly, it gave her the confidence to live the life she had always imagined.
“I was giving everyone else 100%, but only 60% to myself,” Yvette recalls.
Now, she radiates confidence in everything she does, from her career to her relationships.
The Work
We’ll delve deep into the practice of confidence to realise your visions, smashing through your blocks along the way.
This isn’t a passive learning. We’re going to use your body as the lever for change.
Through blending:
- Personalised and intuitive coaching.
- Hypnotherapy.
- Group ignitions with breathwork, movement and dance.
- A transformative life-changing experience
- Deep integration work
You’ll cultivate confidence and connect to a deep trust that no matter what you know you’ll be OK.

Do I have to do all the elements of the programme?
Yes, the programme is curated as journey to create and cultivate confidence. Going to Rio is a ceremonial right of passage building from the coaching, workshops and the actions you take in your life to where you live out a transformational experience.
Do I need to be able to dance to take part?
No this isn’t a dance programme. We use dance as a gateway to get out of your head and drop into your body and heart. It doesn’t matter if you have two left feet. We are interested in your energy and how you can cultivate presence and power by stepping into your power and fully accepting yourself.
For parading in the Carnival there is no requirement to samba on the float though, of course, you can whilst making sure you are holding on at all times for your safety. You are not being judged on your samba skills in a float position. You do need to sing the song and bring lots of positive energy and smiles. You are representing the school and it is a judged competition.
What is included in the Rio part of the Experience?
The Rio Retreat Experience includes:
- Seven nights in a Copacabana apartment*
- 2-hour workshop with the world’s most famous Samba Queen, Evelyn Bastos, on feminine empowerment

I’m coming alone so would like to stay with another member of the Programme?
Absolutely. We’ll pair you with another lady from the Programme, and your apartments will be within easy walking distance of each other.
Where are the activities happening?
Most of the programme will be delivered online. We may do some workshops in London, but that depends on where the ladies live.
How does payment work?
To secure your spot, you need to make a booking payment of £3333 Then, a 6-month instalment plan will run from December 2024 to May 2025 at £1111 per month. You can pay via credit or debit card or bank transfer.
Do I get to keep the costume?
The costumes need to be kept in Rio till after the Champions Parade as it is very likely your samba school will be in the top six schools selected to parade again. If you choose to stay and do the Champions Parade then you can take your costume with you. The easiest and most economical way is to put it in the aeroplane hold as an extra bag.
If you are not staying for the Champions Parade then we can organise shipping which you’re responsible for the costs. To give you an indication of the cost for 2024 it was R$1000 to ship to Europe and R$900 to ship to the US. This is dependent however on the size and weight of the costume. If you choose to ship the costume it needs to be done within one calendar month of you leaving Rio. We will not be able to store it after that time.
